Analysis of nursing effect of targeted nursing for children with pneumonia
肺炎患儿实施针对性护理的护理效果分析

摘要

目的 探究肺炎患儿实施针对性护理的效果。方法 文章研究人员选取时间2021年3月到2022年7月，研究患者60人，均选自我院儿科，根据护理方式的差异将其分成研究组（针对性护理）、对照组（基础儿科护理），每组平均30人，比对组间小儿护理后肺功能、症状好转情况以及满意度。结果 治疗前，组间患儿肺功能情况较差，治疗后研究组患儿肺功能明显好转，6分钟步行实验结果数值高于对照组，P值＜0.05；研究组小儿肺炎症状消退时间快、住院时长短，P值＜0.05。结论 小儿肺炎治疗过程中实施全程针对性护理，可以明显改善患儿症状，缩短住院时间，患儿和家属满意度指数更高。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing for children with pneumonia.
Methods the researchers selected 60 patients from March 2021 to July 2022, all of whom were selected from the Pediatrics Department of our hospital. According to the difference of nursing methods, they were divided into the research group (targeted nursing) and the control group (basic pediatric nursing). The average number of patients in each group was 30. The pulmonary function, symptom improvement and satisfaction of the groups were compared.
Results before treatment, the pulmonary function of the children in the study group was poor. After treatment, the pulmonary function of the children in the study group was significantly improved. The value of the 6-minute walk test was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); In the study group, the symptoms of pneumonia subsided quickly and the length of hospitalization was shorter (P<0.05); The satisfaction scores of children and parents in the study group were significantly higher (P<0.05).
Conclusion   the whole process of targeted nursing in the treatment of children pneumonia can significantly improve the symptoms of children, shorten the hospitalization time, and improve the satisfaction index of children and their families.
