Experience in establishing training system for "static pharmacists"
建立“静配药师”培训体系的实践体会

摘要

目的 分享我院“静配药师”培训的方法和内容，为静配药师培训体系提供参考。方法 参照《广东省药学会静配药师培训大纲》要求，对静配药师采取线上线下相结合、理论授课与实践操作相结合的培训方式。结论 规范“静配药师”培训流程，建立静配药师培训及考核体系，有助于培养出能够胜任静脉用药集中调配工作和管理岗位的药学专业技术人员，提高静脉输液使用的安全性和有效性。

Abstract

Objective To share the methods and contents of the training of "static pharmacists" in our hos- pital, and to provide reference for the training system of static pharmacists.
Methods According to the requirements of "Training Outline for static pharmacists of Guangdong Pharmaceutical Association", the training methods of combination of online and offline, theoretical teaching and practical operation were adopted for static pharmacists.
Conclusion   Standardizing the training process of "intravenous pharmacists" and establishing the training and assessment system of "intravenous pharmacists" are helpful to train pharmaceutical professionals who are competent for centralized dispensing of intravenous drugs and management positions, and improve the safety and effectiveness of intravenous infusion.
