临床医学检验中血液细胞检验的质量控制方法探讨

摘要

目的:研究临床医学检验中影响血液细胞检验质量的因素,并探讨血液细胞检测质量控制的方法。方法:此次研究对象为进行血液标本检验的患者,患者抽取时间段介于2019年1月到2019年5月期间,共计64例。研究1:10000与1:5000稀释比例对血红蛋白、红细胞、白细胞以及血小板检验结果的影响;对比血液细胞检测标本放置30min、3h以及6h血液标本检测结果。结果:采用1:10000稀释比例的血液标本,其血红蛋白值为141.25±8.67g/L、红细胞值为4.87±0.17×1012/L、白细胞值为10.89±0.57×109/L、血小板值为187.21±21.69×109/L,而运用1:5000稀释比例的血液标本,其血红蛋白值为107.56±19.45g/L、红细胞值为4.13±0.22×1012/L、白细胞值为6.45±4.25×109/L、血小板值为130.45±38.78×109/L,可以看出采用1:1000稀释比例的各项血液细胞检测值高于1:5000的值,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。此外,血液标本放置30min、3h以及6h其血红蛋白、红细胞、白细胞以及血小板各项指标值均不同,放置时间越短血红蛋白、红细胞、血小板值越低,其白细胞的值会随着时间的延长升高,数据对比存在差异,具有实际统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:血液细胞检验质量受稀释比例、放置时间等因素的影响,需要血液检测部门严格按照操作流程进行,不断提升血液检测质量。

Abstract

Objective: To study the factors that affect the quality of blood cell tests in clinical medical tests, and to explore the methods of quality control of blood cell tests.
Methods: This study was conducted on patients undergoing blood sample testing. The period of patient sampling was between January 2019 and May 2019, with a total of 64 patients. To study the effect of 1: 10000 and 1: 5000 dilution ratio on the results of hemoglobin, red blood cells, white blood cells and platelets; compare the test results of blood samples placed at 30min, 3h and 6h.
Results: A blood sample with a 1: 10000 dilution ratio was used. The hemoglobin value was 141.25 ± 8.67g / L, the red blood cell value was 4.87 ± 0.17 × 1012 / L, the white blood cell value was 10.89 ± 0.57 × 109 / L, and the platelet value was 187.21 ±. 21.69 × 109 / L, and using a blood sample with a dilution ratio of 1: 5000, the hemoglobin value is 107.56 ± 19.45g / L, the red blood cell value is 4.13 ± 0.22 × 1012 / L, and the white blood cell value is 6.45 ± 4.25 × 109 / L. The platelet value was 130.45 ± 38.78 × 109 / L. It can be seen that the blood cell detection value of 1: 1000 dilution ratio is higher than the value of 1: 5000, and the difference between the groups is significant (P <0.05). In addition, blood samples placed at 30min, 3h, and 6h have different indexes of hemoglobin, red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets. The shorter the storage time, the lower the value of hemoglobin, red blood cells, and platelets. The value of white blood cells will increase with time. There is a difference in data comparison, which has practical statistical significance (P <0.05).
Conclusion  : The quality of blood cell testing is influenced by factors such as dilution ratio and storage time. It is necessary for the blood testing department to strictly follow the operation process to continuously improve the quality of blood testing.
